This building is huge with so much space for pretty much anything you can imagine. Two street entries for separate business spaces. Each space can be divided into whatever you want. Some of the floors are sloping, our thought are to take out the floors and replace with concrete. That seems to be the most economical option and most long term. The left side floor is being removed at present and removal will continue if time warrants. There has already been some concrete flooring done in places. Upstairs there is a HUGE apartment, some work has been done and with a bit more cosmetics done, a rental unit could be ready pretty quickly. Another would be close behind.
